ANKARA- İngiltere Premier Lig'de son şampiyon Manchester City'de forma giyen Türk asıllı Alman futbolcu İlkay Gündoğan, takım kaptanı oldu.
İlkay, sosyal medya hesabından yaptığı açıklamada, "Bu harika takımın ve bu harika kulübün kaptanı olmaktan gurur duyuyorum" ifadelerini kullandı. 31 yaşındaki orta saha oyuncusu, "Kaptanlık kol bandını daha önce takmıştım ama ilk kez resmi kaptan olarak seçilmek gerçekten büyük bir onur" değerlendirmesinde bulundu.
