ANKARA- UEFA Avrupa Konferans Ligi 3. eleme turu ilk maçında konuk olduğu İzlanda temsilcisi Breidablik'i 3-1 yenen Medipol Başakşehir, rövanş öncesi avantajı kaptı.
Kopavogsvöllur Stadı'nda oynanan ve ilk yarısı turuncu-lacivertli ekibin 1-0 üstünlüğüyle sona eren mücadelede Medipol Başakşehir'in golleri Daniel Aleksic (2) ve Deniz Türüç'ten geldi. İzlanda ekibinin tek golünü ise Einarsson attı.
Bu karşılaşmanın rövanşı 11 Ağustos Perşembe günü İstanbul'da oynanacak. Medipol Başakşehir rakibini elemesi halinde play-off turunda Lilleström (Norveç)-Royal Antwerp (Belçika) eşleşmesini geçen takımla karşılaşacak.
