Şentop, Twitter'dan yaptığı paylaşımda şu ifadeleri kullandı:
"KKTC Meclis Başkanı Sayın Zorlu Töre ve beraberindeki heyetle yapmayı planladığımız görüşmeyi, COVID testim pozitif çıktığı için telefonla gerçekleştirdik. İkili ilişkilerimizi ve bölgesel gelişmeleri, parlamentolar arası işbirliğini değerlendirdik."
