ANKARA - İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediye (İBB) Başkanı Ekrem İmamoğlu, danışmanı Murat Ongun'un vefat eden babası Nihat Ongun'un Giresun'daki cenaze törenine katıldı.
Emekli Binbaşı Nihat Ongun için Giresun Merkez Hacı Miktad Camisi'nde cenaze töreni düzenlendi. Törene Ongun'un ailesi ve yakınlarının yanı sıra Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi (CHP) Giresun Milletvekili Necati Tığlı, İBB Başkanı İmamoğlu ve vatandaşlar katıldı. İmamoğlu, başsağlığı dileklerini ilettiği Murat Ongun ile bir süre sohbet etti.
Nihat Ongun'un cenazesi, öğle vakti kılınan cenaze namazının ardından Yeni Mezarlık'ta toprağa verildi.
