Libya ile İtalya, Akdeniz’de doğal gaz alanında iş birliğini kapsayan ve 3 yıl geçerli olacak 8 milyar avroluk bir anlaşmaya imza attılar. İmza törenine Libya Ulusal Birlik Hükümeti Başbakanı Abdulhamid Dibeybe, İtalya Başbakanı Giorgia Meloni ve İtalya'nın gaz şirketi ENİ Başkanı Claudio Desvalzi ile Libya Ulusal Petrol Kurumu (NOC) Başkanı Ferhat Ömer bin Kıdara da katıldı.
